You can see the E20R motor on the right, which is using a drive band to supply power unlike the plans which uses a worm gear.
The second change is the chain drive from the main drive shaft to the secondary shaft has been replaced with a small pinion driving a large gear.
Finally, the braking disks used in the plans are 1" pulleys with rubber rings. This does not provide enough friction so I've replaced them with 8 hole bush wheels with bolts with engage with the holes in the flat plate.
